A Word from the Owner;

 In business since 1995 at this location, having turned and ailing used car lot into a successful business in a few short months. Family owned and operated, and with over 25 years in the auto repair, sales, and auto body industry we had the determination and knowledge to obtain our goals. The formula for this is to not only sell cars but to know cars. The most important thing when purchasing a used car is speaking to the person who has personally checked out and driven the vehicle for a day or so. It is virtually impossible to get accurate information when buying a used car from a new car dealer. Pass the buck has become the norm rather then the exception in many large dealerships. Unfortunately the consumer is taken in by the fancy showrooms with men in suits, fluent in double talk, concerned only with numbers. Many salesmen and managers change dealerships on a regular basis their entire careers, and know that they will never see their customers again. Though many sales and finance mangers have the right intentions these large dealerships cannot avoid making promises they cannot keep there are just too many people involved with in-house politics to resolve problems that come up. To add insult to injury you probably paid too much from the start. New car dealers are in business to sell new cars, used cars are generally a hassle to large dealerships but necessary to pay for their for huge glass showrooms and high rent locations. Trade-in’s, auction cars, and lease returns are checked out by their service departments and union labor rates are charged to the used car sales department for any maintenance needed. This lowers the profit margin for the sales department, this results in; 1. Vehicles not being serviced properly (if at all). 2. Vehicles being partially serviced at union labor wages driving up the cost to the consumer. 3. Good vehicles being wholesaled to small used car dealers like us who pick and choose from the vehicles and service them properly at a fraction of the cost. This results in a great purchase for the consumer and a future referral to the dealer. The biggest scam! “CERTIFIED” -we save many of the “CERTIFIED” window stickers from the dealers we purchase cars from and laugh. We find many of these vehicles have not been checked out period ... not even cleaned! Even obvious safety issues like bad tires and brakes were not addressed. Many vehicles are “CERTIFIED” because they fit into the manufacturers or dealers criteria of maximum miles ex...40,000 miles and 4 years or newer. Many of the vehicles fall into this category and thus become “CERTIFIED”. We also see “CERTIFIED” newer vehicles with an entire side repainted! That incompetent dealers didn’t notice. The only thing you can be assured of when purchasing one of these vehicles is that you are going to pay up to $3,000.00 more for a car with a built in extended warranty, when you should have paid $3,000.00 less, been protected for 2 or 3 months by lemon laws and paid a few hundred dollars more at your own discretion for an extended warranty. Any vehicle on our lot with deferred scheduled maintenance will not leave the lot until this has been accomplished. That is our commitment to you. This is why we urge you to speak up with concerns or questions about particular vehicles, so that there is no gray area about your purchase. Some of our customers are amazed that we will actually volunteer any knowledge we have regarding previous bodywork or paint work on any vehicle. We do this not only to show you our integrity but also to protect ourselves from future disclosure confrontations. Any previous work accomplished would only have been purely cosmetic and of high standards. We do not sell vehicles with previous frame or structure damage. In almost all instances our clients don’t mind a previous minor fender bender if it has been repaired properly. We will even tell you the advantages and disadvantages from a mechanical aspect of different models so you can make a more intelligent buying decision. We study our competitor vehicles with similar mileage, options, etc... In a 50-100 mile radius then price our vehicles in the low to middle portion of the price range. All of our vehicles are sold hundreds even thousands less than Kelly Blue Book retails values to insure you don’t pay too much. We will offer the knowledge you need to know about our vehicles, and explain different finance options best suited for your needs, without the doubletalk and pressure of many large dealerships. We hear horror stories from clients who find they can’t afford payments that they’re locked into and cannot get out of their deal. Our business relies mainly on referrals, that is why it is so important to us that you are confident and satisfied with your purchase and know we will see you again in the future. We service what we sell and be assured we will be around for many years to come.
